This very special Blue Needle Lemurian Quartz is from a new find (2023) in Bahia, Brazil. This is a new mining region for Lemurian Quartz that is producing some of the highest quality crystals we've seen in years, with incredible water-clear clarity and wonderful luster.

Some crystals from this find exhibit a unique phenomenon that causes the appearance of blue needle-like inclusions within. In actuality, these are not physical inclusions, but instead thin tubes of gas suspended within, formed naturally inside the crystal over hundreds of millions of years during the crystal's formation. When light is shone on them from the exact right angle, they glow a ghostly blue color (some say due to the Tyndall Effect).

**PLEASE NOTE it can be a challenge to find the right angle and lighting for these "blue needles" to show. We recommend a fairly strong flashlight (like that of an iPhone) and a fairly dark setting in which to enjoy them best. It may take some time, but we promise they are there. Please use our photos as a guide in how to locate the angle of the light to best locate them. It took us several tries in some cases to capture them properly on camera, so don't be alarmed or frustrated if you are not able to find them immediately.

ABOUT THIS CRYSTAL
One of the largest and most beautiful pieces from this collection, this brilliant Blue Needle Lemurian Quartz stands 8 inches tall. It possesses water-clear clarity, magnificent luster and finely etched Lemurian striations on its sides. While this crystal appears clear and colorless at first glance, in the right light, and at the right angle, you may notice the *slightest* tinge of a pinkish hue, especially in the main facet area. You can see this in several of the photos included.

You will also notice several natural contact "keys" throughout this crystal, which are textural impressions where other crystals grew next to this one in the Earth. One, in particular, is very unique, creating an unusual formation on the back facet just below the termination (see Photo 7). There's another on the lower right portion of the main facet (Photo 8).

However, without a doubt, the most special characteristic of this crystal is the presence of a network of "blue needles" within. These needles come to life when light is shone at the right angle, and can best be seen in Photos 1-2, 5-6 and the video (please see our note above about finding them).

The Blue Needle inclusions in this piece are particularly ample and vibrant. Most of the time they take a lot of finessing and toying with different light and angles for them to show up, but in this piece, they showed with relative ease. The best part is, as you can see from the video, they create a bit of a "ladder" that grows directly upward through the center of this piece. Magnificent!

The main facet and termination are all natural and excellent. One of the most special pieces from this new find.

FORMATION
A "Key" is a hexagonal or other type of geometric imprint on a crystal that indicates where another crystal had grown alongside of it in their millions-years evolution underground. A Key Crystal is used to unlock the “doors” to healing concepts and to those aspects of the self which tend to be elusive. It can assist in accessing that which is hidden in any situation.

LEMURIAN QUARTZ
It is believed that Lemurian Quartz crystals were "planted" long ago by the people of Lemuria (or Mu) a peaceful and highly spiritually (and technologically) advanced civilization similar to Atlantis. These crystals were encoded, much like hard drives, with important information vital to the survival of humankind and our Earth. As the Lemurian peoples' time on Earth was coming to an end, they "planted" these crystals, intending them to be discovered at a time in the future when humankind (in the form of Light Workers) would be able to begin to decode and understand the information they contain, and harness their healing energies. Frequently Asked Questions

How can I be sure the kuripe I ordered will fit?

We have sold many kuripes and tepis over the years and very rarely have had one returned because of fit. Our designs are nearly universal and designed to fit just about everyone.

That said, we always suggest that once you receive your kuripe to "try it on" without hapé first to ensure a good fit. If you find it is not a good fit, please contact us and we'll work out a return or exchange (*please be sure you do this before you actually use it with hapé, because once it has been used, we are not able to accept returns for hygienic reasons).

If you have special sizing requests or you're not sure what you need, just ask and we'll be happy to help you!

I saw your Kuripe listings on another marketplace (Ali Baba, etc) with the same photos from your shop listings. The prices were really cheap! Do you sell there as well?

No! Our only online presence is our Etsy shop and on Instagram and Facebook.

If you're seeing our EXACT listing photos and copy for goods (specifically Kuripes or Tepis) on Ali Baba (or elsewhere), for impossibly low prices, please know THIS IS NOT US and it is a scam.

We work hard to protect our Intellectual Property (photos/copy) but it can be nearly impossible in this day and age with sites like Ali Baba, whose platform makes it difficult to file IP complaints, and which is overrun by scammers.

One caveat is that we do offer our HanaqPacha sprays to some great independent resellers, so please continue to support them!

Can I return or exchange my item?

We do our best to accommodate all customer requests. We accept returns and exchanges for items that are not as described, do not fit, or are damaged.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that the buyer "does not connect with energetically" or "changes their mind" about after the fact. This is unfortunately a risk one takes purchasing metaphysical items online.

We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on products like used kuripes for hygienic reasons, or sprays that have been used/tested.

However if you received a product that does not fit, does not work, is not as described, or is otherwise problematic -- excluding the exemptions we've indicated here -- contact us & we will do our best to rectify it for you.

Are your indigenous items "Fair Trade"?

I provided an incorrect address for my order, what do I do?

If you provide an incorrect shipping address & catch it right after ordering, simply message us to let us know. If it’s caught right away there is usually no problem in updating the shipping address before we ship.

However, please understand that you, the buyer, are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address for your order. If you do not provide an accurate shipping address, we cannot be responsible for rerouting a parcel once it has left our hands.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address that you provided, we can reship, but will need to charge for the reshipping fees. This can get expensive and time-consuming. So please take a few seconds before submitting your order to ensure that all info is correct.

Any pro tips for a smooth transaction?

Yes! We ask only two things of our customers: 1.) Please read the entire item description before ordering and 2.) Please respect our shop and policies.

Most customer issues arise because someone did not read the item description or store policies. We spend a lot of time including DETAILED descriptions of each item, as well as at least 8 photos of each item. We do this to ensure our customers' satisfaction. However the one catch is that you need to read the information we provide so you can make an informed decision, to ensure that you will receive the exact thing you are in search of.

Not doing so risks lengthy and expensive return processes which are frustrating for all. So please read the descriptions and policies prior to ordering ;)

I live in the Los Angeles area, do you offer local pickup?

No, unfortunately we are not able to offer local pickup at this time. However we do ship just about daily and orders to the LA area typically will arrive in 1-2 days once shipped (Priority Shipping is generally 1 day in most cases).

Any tips for international buyers?

Yes! One tip really: we ask that you track your item periodically via Etsy once we ship.

Many times, international items experience long delays in customs (which is normal), and sometimes parcels are "held for collection" at the local post office of the buyer and need to be picked up, or else they will be returned to seller. It is the responsibility of the buyer to stay abreast of this, so they can be sure to attend to any collection or signature required by your local post office.

If an item is returned due to non-collection, you will need to file a claim with Etsy and/or wait until the item is returned to us (which may be months) for reshipment, and then pay for reshipment.

Much easier to track and stay updated!

I received my order and there's a problem, what should I do?

Please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue.

While we know the initial reaction may be to leave a negative review, please reach out to us first and give us the opportunity to help you. We're not perfect, but we do take accountability when we are at fault or when we have made an error.

We want all our customers to have a positive shopping experience with us. We have a long history of excellent customer service and can help find a solution to almost anything.

Negative reviews should really be a last resort and are rarely warranted. We prefer to find solutions so that everyone is happy.

When I track my order it says it was delivered, but I haven't received it, what do I do?!

If an item is marked as "delivered" but not received, the next step is to speak with your local post office. It could mean it was misdelivered to an incorrect address or it may be waiting at the post office for you. If you provide the tracking number to a manager at the post office they can explore.
